Your order will be delivered to a delivery pick-up point near the address stated by you at checkout. Delivery notifications will be sent via e-mail or text message when your order is ready for pick-up.

Delivery: Furniture Edit

All furniture orders placed through mehrotrasthlm.com is subject to shipping cost. The shipping cost will vary depending on the location of delivery and the delivery time. 

MEHROTRAsthlm and the customer will together organise the best shipping solution for delivery to the customer. 

MEHROTRAsthlm will thereafter organise the shipping which will be billed to the customer. 

The order will be delivered to the customers home or the adress stated when placing the order. All deliveries will be personalised to the customer. The customer must be available to receive the order upon delivery.

Important information

As soon as your order is shipped we will notify you and you will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail or text message with your tracking number so that you can trace your order. Delivery times are provided as guidelines and do not take into account eventual delays caused by payment authorisation, and/or stock availability, and/or complications attached to the operations of the delivery firm.

Packages that have not been collected in time will be sent back to MEHROTRAsthlm. All fees in connection to unclaimed packages will be charged to the customer.

MEHROTRAsthlm insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you.

MEHROTRAsthlm is not responsible in case of theft or lost parcel after confirmed delivery.

Returns

MEHROTRAsthlm offers 14 days free return on all orders within Sweden.

MEHROTRAsthlm offers 14 days return on all orders. Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date (this means the return request must be received by MEHROTRAsthlm at return@mehrotrasthlm.com, registered and shipped within 14 days of delivery). Items must be returned to us in perfect condition. Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with label still attached and all tags and care labels still in the packaging.

We suggest that items are returned through MEHROTRAsthlm’s return service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. Please contact us at return@merhotrasthlm.com if you would like to make a return and we will send you a pre-paid return label by e-mail (for orders within Sweden). You may return the goods by any other secure transport. If this is the case the customer will have to pay return fees themselves and is responsible for the goods until it has been delivered to us at MEHROTRAsthlm.

Please contact us at return@mehrotrasthlm.com if you have an international return and for further information on how to return your order. Please note that the financial responsibility for the return is yours until the items reach us.

Please note delivery fees will not be refunded.

Returns: Furniture Edit

MEHROTRAsthlm offers 14 days return on all furniture.

When returning furniture bought the customer will be charged for the return. Please contact return@mehrotrasthlm.com if you would like to make a return. 

Furniture  must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date (this means the return request must be received by MEHROTRAsthlm at return@mehrotrasthlm.com, registered and shipped within 14 days of delivery). Items must be returned to us in perfect condition.

Returning your purchase

Please contact us at return@mehrotrasthlm.com if you would like to make a return and we will send you a pre-paid return label by email for all orders within Sweden. For returns outside Sweden, please contact return@mehrotrasthlm.com for quote.

Place the item(s) in the original MEHROTRA box. Place the MEHROTRA packaging in the original shipping box or any other freight bag and tape it securely. Place the return-shipping label sent to you via e-mail by us over the prior delivery information. Leave your parcel at your nearest Postnord service point (Sweden). For international returns, agent will vary.

Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to process and refund your return from the day that we have received the item.

Please note delivery fees will not be refunded.

Exchanges

MEHROTRAsthlm cannot administrate exchanges of items that are purchased from the webshop. If you would like to purchase a different item or colour please return the purchased item and place a new order in the webshop.

Faulty products

MEHROTRAsthlm ensures that all products are checked through our quality control procedures before being dispatched to our customers. If you would find that despite our quality checks your item should be damaged or defective please contact us immediately at shop@mehrotrasthlm.com. Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the item inappropriately and that the item is not defect due to your conduct. You will receive a new item, or a full refund for the item if the item is faulty due to production. If there would be no new piece available of the same item, we will refund you with the original amount paid for the damaged product (and return costs if paid by the customer), if the damaged product cannot be repaired.
